Below are some of the items that should be in your 72 hour kit. For a more complete list please check the link above.
Food and Water: 8 Packaged water, 6 Energy food Bar, 3 MRE (Meals Ready to Eat)
First Aid: Tongue blades, lip balm, antibiotic ointment, wet wipe, soap, latex or vinyl gloves, alcohol pads, scissors, tape, tweezers, antacid, safety pins, sterile gauze pads, antiseptic, aspirin or non-aspirin pain relievers, various sterile bandages
Tools and supplies: Emergency manual, battery operated radio and extra batteries, flash light and extra batteries, light sticks, hand axe, hammer, pry bar, tarp, candles, rope, whistle, paper and pencil, solar blanket
Clothing: Rain gear
